Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It provides a high-level snapshot of your operation's key metrics and quick navigation to common tasks.
Overview
The Dashboard is designed to give you an at-a-glance view of your platform's health. It shows real-time counters, recent trends, and quick action shortcuts so you can immediately identify what needs attention.
Navigate to the Dashboard at any time by clicking the Dashboard link in the sidebar or by clicking the Puntra logo.
Stat Cards
At the top of the Dashboard, you will see four summary stat cards showing your most important KPIs:

| Total Users | The total number of registered players on your platform |
| Total Bets | Count of all bets placed (sports + casino combined) |
| Revenue (GGR) | Gross Gaming Revenue — total wagered minus total paid out to players |
| Active Events | Number of currently active sports events with open markets |

Quick Actions
Below the stat cards, the Dashboard provides quick-access tiles for common operational tasks:
- Pending Withdrawals — Jump directly to the withdrawal approval queue. Shows the count of pending requests.
- Failed Deposits — View deposits that need manual attention or confirmation.
- Open Support Tickets — See unresolved player support tickets.
- Fraud Alerts — Quick link to active risk alerts that need investigation.
Recent Activity
The Dashboard shows recent operational activity including:
- Recent Bets — The latest bets placed on your platform with stake, type, and status.
- Recent Transactions — Latest wallet transactions (deposits, withdrawals, wins).
- Recent Registrations — New player sign-ups.
Click on any row to navigate directly to the detailed view for that item (bet details, user profile, or transaction details).
Getting Started Tiles
If you are new to the platform, the Dashboard also shows a "Getting Started" section with links to:
- Create your first operator (Super-Admin)
- Configure the site builder
- Set up payment providers
- Review platform settings
