CMS & Content

The CMS module manages all content displayed on your player-facing site: promotional banners, static pages (terms, privacy, help), email/SMS message templates, and platform announcements.

Overview

Navigate to CMS in the sidebar. The page is organized into four tabs: Banners, Pages, Message Templates, and Announcements.

Banners

Promotional banners appear on your player-facing homepage and key landing pages. Manage your banner rotation here.

Column / Field	Description
Title	Internal banner title
Image	Banner image (recommended: 1200x400px)
Active	Toggle to show/hide the banner on the site
Created	When the banner was created

Actions: Create new banners, edit existing ones, toggle active status, delete outdated banners, and reorder the display sequence.

Tip

Keep your banner rotation fresh — update promotional banners weekly to maintain player interest. Remove expired promotion banners promptly to avoid confusion.

Static Pages

Manage the content of static pages on your site:

Page Name	Page title (e.g., 'Terms & Conditions', 'Privacy Policy')
Slug	URL path (e.g., /terms, /privacy, /help)
Published	Whether the page is visible to players
Views	Page view count
Last Edited	Most recent edit timestamp

Click a page to open the content editor. Pages support rich text formatting. Changes are versioned — you can preview before publishing.

Compliance Pages

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages are legally required. Ensure they are always published and up-to-date with your operating jurisdiction's requirements.

Message Templates

Message templates define the content of automated emails, SMS messages, and push notifications sent to players:

Template Name	Internal name (e.g., 'Welcome Email', 'Withdrawal Approved SMS')
Type	email, sms, or push
Language	Locale of the template (en, fr, pt, sw)
Variables	Dynamic placeholders available (e.g., {username}, {amount})

Edit templates to customize the messaging for your brand. Use the preview feature to see how the message will look with sample data. Duplicate templates to create variations for A/B testing.

Announcements

Create platform-wide announcements that display to all players when they log in:

Title	Announcement headline
Content	Announcement body text
Visibility	Who sees it: all players, specific segment, or VIP only
Created	When the announcement was published

Use announcements for scheduled maintenance notices, new feature launches, or important policy updates.
